service is provided at our restaurant with a splendid sea view.
Our fixed menu changes every evening and usually features
Ahmet’s catch of the day; that is fresh fish from the
surrounding seas, if fortune smiles. There is no fixed breakfast
or meal time. Dine whenever you wish, order what you will. Our
cook, Mehmet Ütü is not only a first class chef, he is also our
public relations director.
Furthermore, the olive oil served at our restaurant is produced
by Mehmet Ütü’s family from their olive grove in the Çamköy,
Karacasu, Aydın region of the Aegean. Our assistant chef Şaziye
Işıldak, brings a much appreciated woman’s touch and flare to
our restaurant. In the mornings, bask in the sun as you drink
fresh squeezed orange juice. At night, you can watch the moon
rise from the sea and the stars come out. .
